Return Policy

Noshiie is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages please pay for Route insurance in case of any issues. 


Due to the nature of our product all sales are final with no returns, exchanges or store credit. This is a no exceptions policy unless there was a manufacture error or a mistake in shipment. If either of those apply Noshiie customer service must be contacted within 24 hours to be notified of the issue. Please reach out by sending an email to 


Once an order has been place we are unable to cancel the order. You may try to reach out to customer service but we cannot guarantee the order can be cancelled especially once it has shipped. 

Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us our customer support by e-mail before opening a merchant chargeback or payment dispute. Please ensure you use Route insurance on all your packages to ensure you are able to get a refund or reorder of products incase of it being lost or stolen. Any chargebacks and disputes disable our ability to issue refunds or credits due to funds being frozen.
